Chromalloy handles large amounts of engineering IP and customer specification information which is constricted by multiple regulatory agencies. My mission is to understand the current storage procedures, identify workflow hiccups, and implement meaningful change that reduces errors/waste and increases storage reliability, speed, and confidence. In the pursuit of that goal I: - Assessed current digital repository status and presented prototyped options towards modernization - Advocated for lab and manufacturing data digitalization and created standardized formatting for data aggregation to ease data analysis. This data can be used to gather insights about manufacturing and chemical processes that were unable to be tracked on a macro scale prior. - Maintained data compliance with regulations from the FAA, EASA, ITAR, ISO 9001, and the AS9100. - Ultimately responsible for Revision Control on 6000+ Technical Documents. - Handle Employee training records and certification. Striving to revamp the digital repository for these. - Created process flow diagrams for the quality department to follow, defining what had been a vague workflow. - Redid the indexing and linking of customer approval documentation. - Prepared data for ERP implementation.

I worked on numerous projects during my time at the Office of Information Security: - Handled ERP access control for 3000+ employees across 30+ departments. - Researched the feasibility of an administration-led eSports program. I then brought that program hands-on into a very successful first year, placing in the top 3 at multiple events on the East Coast, with a student participant count in the 100s. - Investigated pinch points between the New Jersey Higher Education Data Regulations and the EU's GDPR. I presented actionable items to the administration which has led to ongoing and planned changes to operations and practices. - Implemented NIST 800-171 standards for internal policies. This effort was made with the intention that the ISO 27001 framework would be used as a backdrop.

CSTA-SNJ CS Competition 2018 Assisted with hosting and judging the Computer Science Teachers Association South New Jersey Computer Science Competition of 2018. Yes it is a mouthful. In addition, I added to the competition by providing unique programming and logical questions for the participants to answer.

Our research project led to a formal proposal for the experiment which unfortunately got turned down in lieu of a more interesting project. Our project title: Caenorhabditis elegans in a Microgravity Environment: Implications and Effects The Student Spaceflight Experiments Program is hosted by the National Center for Earth and Space Science Education (NCESSE).
